Everything Grants LLC was launched to aid persons in establishing for-profit or non-profit businesses and to provide the tools necessary to sustain and flourish those businesses. Through Board Development and Strategic Planning, Program Development and Management, Everything Grants, LLC strengthens businesses. Who is Vivian Schweizer

This CEO grew up in the US Virgin Islands as the older sister to a brother with developmental disabilities. By her teen years, her Mother referred to her as, “my mouthpiece”. She was visibly vocal in advocating for her brother, other siblings and the voiceless she encountered. Her roles have spanned being the sitter of an elder, working with students with developmental disabilities, and as a mental health professional.

Vivian pursued her education in Communications, then Public Administration concentrated in Non-Profit Management. During her studies, she worked in local government, realizing that her passions lay in helping the most vulnerable. With a range of interests and graduate degree in hand, she led an educational program for families, then spent a decade at the helm of an organization focused in domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse and suicide intervention and prevention. Working with local and federal agencies allowed for extensive training. In those roles, spearheading resource development, grant writing, research and management prepared this CEO for the launching of Everything Grants, LLC. Her passion for improving the positions of persons and communities, assisting stable and floundering non-profits, for launching for-profit businesses, produced Everything Grants, LLC. From her interest in curtailing Human and Sex Trafficking, Vivian has been a long-time contributor to curriculums generated by the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Trafficking In Persons.

While in recovery as a survivor of natural disasters (hurricanes Irma and Maria, USVI), this CEO served as an Incident Commander, leading recovery efforts for her community. These experiences positioned her to contribute to the Community Needs Assessment: Understanding the Needs of Vulnerable Children and Families in the U. S. Virgin Islands Post Hurricanes Irma and Maria and in North Carolina, contributing to the North Carolina Office of Medicine Healthy NC 2030 report.

This leader is a two-time graduate of the University of North Carolina and attended the University of the Virgin Islands. She has received numerous awards and acknowledgements for her work within the non-profit sector to include a visit from a U.S. President, the Paul Harris Fellow Award "for tangible and significant assistance given for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among peoples of the world".

Vivian assists clientele from the East Coast to the West Coast, and the Caribbean Islands. She volunteers on several committees and task forces, is married and is the mother of two adult sons.
